All orders will be shipped via courier Australia wide for AU$15.95 (per shipping address). International postage is on a per country basis- please email uberkate for international postal quotes. Please allow 10-21 business days to receive your order. Gold orders may take longer.

Due to the nature of Uberkate Merchandise being “one off” pieces and customized to the clients specifications there is no refund or credit policy. If the merchandise is damaged during transit it is at the discretion of Uberkate to review the order and decide what can be done. All spelling mistakes made by retailers or clients will be dealt with by Uberkate remaking the item at RRP. Each Uberkate piece is made using only the finest quality solid precious metals in the design studio in Sydney, Australia.
