Sometimes you just need a piece of jewellery that goes with any other item in your collection. These textured gold hoops are just that.
Hoops in all shapes and sizes have been around as long as jewellery has been forged... they symbolise strength, unity, infinity and wholeness. A hoop is the completion of a circle.
DESIGN DNA
Kate's second ever design and one that started a personalised global jewellery wave. Uberkate is the Mother of Personalised Jewellery. This set was designed and crafted by Kate from her garage from 2003 and it's very classic design is loved globally to this day.
Designer, Kate Sutton, was travelling Australia filming for television shows like 'Getaway' and designing in the garage when home. Missing her baby girl like crazy, she engraved her name on a set of half flat, half round circles. Others asked about the rings and as she created more, their popularity exploded. They have been much copied over the years but there is truly only one - Uberkate.

This pendant is Uberkate's first ever design which she started making from her home studio in 2002.
One of Kate's design philosophies is the 'imperfect circle.' This pendant stays true to that design staying away from the regular cookie-cutter design that's available anywhere.
CIRCA 2003
This beautiful solid 9ct gold circle was created after clients kept having babies! Rather than squeezing a name onto an existing small, med, large set, we created the extra small to fit inside them.

Inspired by Lulu's design aesthetic and love for "fine gold" jewellery, Kate sat down to created a collection with her, that has all the hallmarks of Uberkate combined with the design style and price point for a every generation. This is our first Fine Gold Collection..
A single solid 9ct gold large Ubercircle pendant engraved with your important names and dates. Includes 45cm sterling silver chain.
The first Ubercircles were unique in that the metal was hammered down from a uniform diameter bar. This made the piece hang upside-down. The design was later adjusted to add more metal to the base which allowed them to hang correctly. While these early pieces are somewhat of a collector's item, we prefer the weight at the bottom.

Organic solid gold disc. Our secret tablet medium is 2.5cm in diameter, available in 9ct white, rose or yellow gold and can be engraved.

This pendant is the baby sister to the Secret Tablet necklace and it has many of the same features having been hand-hammered and textured so it has a textured feeling when the wearer rubs it between the thumb and fingers.
'If you rub it, it could be a mini-lucky coin,' says Kate.

This is our original gemstone cut, named the double tri-cut. The gemstone cut was created by us in 2012 and is exclusive to Uberkate.
You will find our double tri-cut gemstones in many of our original designs.Our gemstones are cut for us, by our team of master craftspeople to our unique designs. No two will ever be the same, they are as unique as U are.
SIZING:
We can make any custom size but please allow up to 4 weeks for custom sizing. Simply select the CUSTOM SIZE from the drop down size menu and request the size you would like in the comments of your order.
