This piece started out as two flat strips of silver before Kate got stuck in with the jeweller's torch and soldered them together, one on top of the other, a little offset, not quite perfectly aligned. Just right. The Inner Circle, Inner Heart and Inner Door were all released from The House of U more than a decade ago. Each symbol in silver has a distinct and meaningful message. Hi team,
I feel terrible to deliver bad feedback, but to be completely honest I was disappointed with this purchase. Since it arrived it hasn’t left the box. I have several pieces of the UberKate collections and I have always been so proud and excited to wear & show them off, although unfortunately I don’t feel that way with this piece.
From the image and knowing your other rings, I thought it would be a lot thicker and feel more solid. The ring feels very flimsy and thin. The silver is very deep in colour (almost like a very dark grey) and so shiny that it appears fake. I was hoping for a thicker, firmer ring with a brushed silver appearance.
Again, I’m very sorry to deliver this review, as I know someone worked very hard on this piece but I guess honest feedback is sometimes needed.
