A Magnificent Assault On The Senses – Bali

Bali is an assault on all senses… the food is some of the best anywhere in the world (in my opinion) and the skill of the Balinese artists blows me away every time I am there.

Theirs is a culture built on creativity. Whole villages are dedicated to the craft of woodcarving and you can go to just about any store, stand or road side home in Bali and have something custom made for you.

Here are a just a few of the things that made there way home in my excess luggage… and my belly!

In case you were wondering what Mr Uber was doing whilst I was shopping up a storm… particularly after he put on this display of ‘HELPthewifemademegoshopping’ kind of tantrum…

Trust me… he was being well looked after.
